Terms and Conditions
Our Money-Back Guarantee extends to your first purchase of each product and applies to only one of each product. If you have any questions on concerns about whether your refund request falls under our Money-Back Guarantee, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will be thrilled to assist you.
Note- Products must be returned in the same or similar sized shipping box as they were sent. Biosmart will refund your purchase price, less the cost of return postage, to the payment method used to purchase the original goods.
All BioSmart products are inspected and carefully packed before shipment. Upon delivery, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products should be made to our customer service group. In some circumstances remedy may be required from the shipper and not BioSmart Research. We will work with you to make it right.
